How KorbonLabs collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website.
Data collected
Contact and appointment forms may collect your name, email, phone, organisation, need, message and requested time. Technical data strictly necessary for security may also be processed.
Purpose and retention
This information is used to answer your request, prepare an engagement, understand inquiry origins and secure the service. It is retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, then according to applicable legal or contractual obligations.
Processors
The site is hosted on Vercel. Requests are stored in a PostgreSQL database and Resend handles email delivery. Abuse protection integrates Cloudflare Turnstile. Only data needed for the relevant service is shared.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing [email protected].
Website measurement
Vercel Web Analytics measures public-page traffic without advertising cookies. URL query parameters are removed before sending. Cloudflare Web Analytics, enabled at the network level, also provides aggregate statistics on visits, pages, countries, devices and loading times, without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Cloudflare does not retain URL query parameters in its statistics. Form contents are not sent to these tools. Vercel tracking excludes admin and sign-in pages. Cloudflare tracking may also measure their loading.
Inquiry origins
When you submit a form, an indicative origin (a recognised directory or search engine, otherwise unknown), an entry page category and optionally an approved campaign name are stored with the inquiry. The information comes from permitted parameters or a referrer domain, without keeping its full URL. It remains only in memory during internal navigation: no cookie, visitor ID or browser storage is added. These details are not sent to Vercel Analytics and do not subscribe you to marketing messages.
